Brain Balance

Where every child learns what it feels like to succeed

Objective Results

While it is impossible to predict future outcomes we have listed the below finding to illustrate the outstanding results our clients continue to realize. These results are of standardized testing with  universally accepted norms and protocols. For purposes of brevity we have included only one child with a neurobehavioral disorder and one child with a learning disability.

Tara, a 10 year old female, entered Brain Balance Centers with a diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome. She was medicated with Strattera and exhibited very poor social skills including; absent eye contact, minimal pragmatic speech, as well as passive aggressive behaviors. She was also suffering from phobias, sensory issues, lack of self image and perseverative tendencies.

She was currently attending 6th grade in a self contained special education setting. She was also receiving special services which included occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and socialization therapy.

Tara is presently enjoying the 7th grade in an inclusion setting. All previous reported supportive special services have been discontinued due to lack of necessity.

Tara’s mom says…

“I can say now, as a parent who has gone through this [Brain Balance program] you cant afford not to do it [Brain Balance program] if you can see half of what I have seen [changes in Tara]... I’d do it again in a second…”

Victoria, a 10 year-old female entered the Brain Balance Program, with a diagnosis of learning disabled with concomitant cerebral palsy. She had obvious physical difficulties (motor and sensory dysfunction) as well as relatively severe reading and math difficulties. The cumulative effect of these difficulties had resulted in poor self confidence and lack of social ability.

Victoria is currently attending 7th grade and currently participates in track and field. She is now reading more fluently and here abilities in math continue to improve. She now exhibits increased self confidence and social ability as her physical and academic difficulties continue to rapidly improve

Victoria’s dad says…

“it’s a blessing that you guys are in existence”

“we’ve seen such growth in her processing, … it’s just amazing, she has blossomed “

“Her confidence level has grown so much that she feels she can do anything she puts her mind to, she is so pleased with herself”
